| If it's the warm season, be sure to
keep your Eye Pillow and Neckroll in the freezer or refrigerator. |

a glass of water or cup of herbal tea; add a lemon slice. |

Unplug your
telephone. |

Be sure to set
a timer or alarm to let you know when you've got to get going again. |
